So, better start with...
Celestial bodies
- a.k.a. The moon and the stars, especially the moon. I see the moon as symbolic of many things: sadness, beauty, peace. It is often attributed to feminine energies, and of course to wolves. I like to just look at it.
Candles
They are calming and soothing and very beautiful. I think most religions and belief systems make use of candles, and I totally see why. Lighting and watching a candle flame is very peaceful indeed.
Contemplation
I like to have time to think and feel. I think it is important for everyone to have some time in their day just for quiet contemplation.
Cuddly toys
Hehe, sommat slightly different from above. I love cuddly toys and always have done. I have three favourites at the moment, but the one with the biggest personality is Kissy (the sheep).
Chocolate
Now time for a video. I am female - loving chocolate comes with the territory. Only thing better than chocolate is a half naked man eating chocolate *g*....
Chest(ical)s
Whilst we're on the topic - you can't beat a good chest. So what constitutes a good chest? Well look no further ;o)

Concerts
I love concerts. Seeing a favourite band live is just indescribable. Think the best I've ever gone to was a Savage Garden concert. Unfortunately I only ever saw them once, but the one I did go to was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.
Here's a clip from the tour I went to. Darren is doing a rather tongue-in-cheek Elvis style performance...
Characters
If a book, tv show, film, etc has a really great character in that I identify with, I will love it. Sometimes I get so involved with characters I feel like I experience everything they do! The most overwhelming experience I had of this was of Frodo in The Lord of the Rings. Reading the books I really felt like I lived it all with him, and it had a very strong impact on me.
Compassion
Is there anything more important? At the Buddhist Centre I used to go to, we never talked much about beliefs as such. There was no lengthy discussions on whether or not people believed in God, or angels, or even so-called 'Buddhist beliefs' like karma and reincarnation.
We mainly talked about compassion. The meditations and spiritual practices we did had the primary purpose of helping us become more compassionate to all beings. Nothing matters more in my opinion.
And finally...
Comedy and Comedians
I love so many comedies and comedians I lose count. Am a particular fan of really good stand up. Here is a vid of the last thing I watched that made me laugh so much I nearly choked!
Be warned! Lots of potentially offensive material!!
