So lately I've been trying to cut out wheat to see what effect it has on my health (something I've tried before, but it was a while ago so thought I'd give it a go again) but I'm not quite sure I can take it anymore!!

Bear in mind I already don't eat meat and I try to avoid dairy - what am I actually left with?!? Unfortunately I'm no super chef that can whip up a 27 course meal out of a carrot, a tin of beans and a dried up cabbage!

So, I've had a fun time with Ryvitas. And lettuce. The cucumber looks suspect, I'm not eating that.
